Job Description
🚨 URGENTLY HIRING: Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: Apurva Water Management System
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 0-5 years | Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / MBA Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Acquisition – 60%
- Lead Generation: Indiamart, GeM, LinkedIn, Cold calling, Site visits, References
- Client Meetings: Builders, Hotels, Hospitals, GIDC Industries, Societies for STP/ETP/WTP
- Tender & Govt: Track GeM, GWSSB, GPCB, Municipal tenders. Prepare bids & documents
- Quotation & Closure: Prepare technical + commercial quotations, negotiation, follow-up
- Target: Minimum 5-8 client visits/week and monthly revenue targets
2. Marketing & Branding – 25%
- Digital Marketing: LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp campaigns, Website inquiry handling
- Events: Exhibitions, GPCB seminars, Builder association meetings, dealer meets
- Brand Building: Promote Apurva brand in market and maintain company portfolio
3. Post-Sales & Accounts – 15%
- Coordination: With Project, Service & Accounts team for smooth execution
- Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely collection and reduce DSO
Must Have Skills:
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, field sales, client relationship
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of STP/ETP/WTP preferred
- Tools: MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Google Maps
- Other: Own 2-wheeler/4-wheeler + Valid License. Willing to travel across Gujarat
