The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth execution of product development activities from concept to commercialization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end new product development activities.
• Work closely with R&D, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams.
• Manage product documentation, specifications, and approvals.
• Coordinate with third-party manufacturers and raw material vendors.
• Track product development timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research for new product ideas.
• Assist in packaging development and artwork coordination.
• Maintain product samples, testing reports, and regulatory documents.
• Support product launch planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of product development processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team collaboration and follow-up abilities.
• Preferred QualificationBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry preferred.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in cosmetic/skincare product development will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and vendor coordination preferred.
