Job Description

1. Salon Floor Supervision• Monitor daily salon floor activities and ensure smooth operations.

• Manage client flow and reduce waiting time.

• Ensure all services are performed professionally and on time.

2. Staff Management• Supervise hair stylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.

• Assign duties and manage daily staff schedules.

• Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and punctuality.

3. Customer Service Management• Welcome and interact with clients professionally.

• Handle client complaints and resolve issues politely.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive salon experience.

4. Appointment & Floor Coordination• Coordinate appointments with reception team.

• Manage service timing and staff availability efficiently.

• Ensure proper communication between departments.

5. Sales & Target Monitoring• Support achievement of salon sales targets.

• Promote salon packages, memberships, and retail products.

• Encourage upselling of services and products.

6. Hygiene & Grooming Standards• Ensure salon cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

• Monitor staff grooming, dress code, and professional behavior.

• Ensure sanitization of tools and workstations regularly.

7. Team Coordination• Coordinate between reception, salon staff, and management.

• Maintain smooth teamwork during busy salon hours.

• Support staff in handling rush situations effectively.

8. Inventory & Product Monitoring• Monitor usage of salon products and materials.

• Inform management regarding low stock requirements.

• Prevent product wastage and misuse.

9. Training & Performance Monitoring• Assist in training new staff on salon procedures and standards.

• Monitor staff performance and service quality.

• Motivate team members to improve productivity.

10. Reporting & Documentation• Prepare daily salon operation reports if required.

• Report client feedback and staff issues to management.

• Maintain proper records related to salon floor activities.
