Job Description

We are looking for a Office Executive to handle customer calls, manage client interactions, and support office administration. The role involves customer service, order processing, and coordination with our sales and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls.
  • Manage and update customer records.
  • Assist with order processing and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams.
  • Maintain office files and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or back-office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, computer proficiency, and organizational skills.
