Box Office: Night Shift( 3PM to Closing)


Job Duties:

  • ·      Ticket issue
  • ·      Cash collection shift-wise
  • ·      Movie inquiry
  • · Online/offline/cash transaction; Query solve
  • ·      Refund & exchange management & Wrong ticket issue
  • · Change schedule
  • ·      Movie banner/Publicity


Canteen:

Night Shift (3PM to Closing)


  • Stock opening & closing process
  • Cleaning of counter & Set up the canteen
  • Order-taking staff: seat-by-seat
  • Serve food to online-booked customers
  • Order taking before & after interval
