Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a single tracker (tasks, owners, deadlines, status) across tech, sales, and marketing
2. Follow up daily/alternate-day on pending items and flag delays immediately
3. Attend meetings on higher authorities behalf (tech standups, sales syncs, agency calls) and deliver crisp, structured briefs
4. Relay decisions and priorities accurately between teams
5. Confirm action items are understood and closed, not just logged
6. Surface inconsistencies or blockers to the higher ups
Requirements:
1. Strong follow-through and reliability — this is the core of the job
2. Clear, concise written and verbal communication
3. Comfortable working across tech, sales, and marketing without needing deep expertise in any one
4. Proficient with tracking tools and common software (Sheets/Word/PPT)
5. Detail-oriented, catches inconsistencies in reporting
Good to have
1. Prior experience as an EA, coordinator, or ops role
2. Familiarity with scrap/recycling or logistics industry
