Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can generate quality B2B leads for our software development services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Plan and manage Google Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns
• Generate qualified B2C leads for CRM, Software Development, AI Automation, Mobile App and Website Development services
• Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and campaign performance
• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
• Create landing page recommendations for better conversions
• Handle BOTNOVA's LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages
• Create social media content calendars and coordinate creatives
• Publish company updates, client success stories and case studies
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversions
