Job Description

What You'll DoIdentify and connect with pharma companies, manufacturers, and consultants who need turnkey project or GMP compliance services

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and pharma consultants
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and service offerings to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and communicate it effectively to clients
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming pharma projects/tenders
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly to convert leads into business

What We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience in marketing/business development (pharma, industrial, or B2B services background preferred)

  • Good communication skills — English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and cold outreach
  • Basic understanding of GMP/pharma industry is an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings when required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools
