Job Summary

A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's products or services through on-ground marketing activities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting sales growth. The role involves frequent travel to assigned territories and direct interaction with customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.

• Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Generate leads through direct customer interaction and market visits.
• Promote products/services and explain their features and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and brand activation events.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, including competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales support targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility at retail locations and events.
