Field Marketing Executive – Dermatology & Cosmeceuticals

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our Dermatology & Cosmeceutical Division. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including doctor visits, market development, distributor coordination, and brand promotion activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in client interactions, and comfortable with travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Field Marketing & Sales Execution

Visit dermatologists, clinics, pharmacies, and cosmetic centers regularly

Promote derma and cosmeceutical products to increase brand visibility

Conduct market visits and field campaigns for product awareness

Identify and develop new business opportunities

2. Doctor & Distributor Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals

Coordinate with distributors and stockists for product availability

Follow up on orders, feedback, and market demand

3. Branding & Promotional Activities

Organize health camps, promotional events, and product awareness programs

Distribute samples, brochures, and promotional materials

Support local branding and social media activities

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activities and market trends

Gather customer feedback and product insights

Submit daily/weekly field reports to management

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities

* Confidence in interacting with doctors and clients

* Ability to travel frequently (local & outstation)

* Basic knowledge of pharma / dermatology products
