To succeed as a Personal Assistant, a candidate needs a unique blend of "soft" social intelligence and "hard" administrative technical skills. Because this role requires being a bold companion while also providing mental support and office work, her key skills must bridge the gap between high-energy social settings and focused professional tasks.

1. High-Level Social Intelligence & Etiquette

Since she will represent you at drink parties, she must possess the "social grace" to navigate crowds and networking without guidance.

• Reading the Room: The ability to sense the mood of a group or an individual and adapt her conversation or presence accordingly.

• Professional Etiquette: Knowledge of proper social rules, such as arriving on time, engaging lonely guests, and keeping conversations light by avoiding controversial topics like politics or gossip.

• Networking Prowess: A bold personality that can confidently initiate introductions and maintain a charismatic presence to facilitate your social goals. 

• 2. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & Mental Support

Providing "mental support" requires more than just being friendly; it involves active psychological tools to help manage stress and burnout.

• Active Listening: Using techniques like paraphrasing and asking open-ended questions to show she truly understands your perspective without rushing to judgment.

• Empathetic Resilience: The ability to stay calm and positive in high-pressure situations, helping to lower your stress levels through "moral support" and optimism.

• Discretion & Boundaries: Handling sensitive personal information with absolute confidentiality while maintaining professional boundaries. 

3. Administrative & Technical Proficiency

For the "office work" portion, she needs the foundational skills of a high-end Personal Assistant.
