Production Supervisor/ Manager

• Production Operations
• Plan and supervise daily production activities for aerosols, industrial pastes, lubricants, greases, and sealants products.
• Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor filling, crimping, gas charging, leak testing, and packaging operations.
• Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Safety & Compliance Ensure safe handling of flammable propellants and chemicals.
• Enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety trainings and promote a zero-accident culture.
• Team Management/Supervise operators, technicians, and production staff.
• Allocate manpower and manage shift schedules.
• Evaluate team performance and encourage continuous improvement.
• Inventory & Documentation Coordinate with stores for raw material and packaging material availability.
• Maintain production records, batch reports, and equipment logs.
• Monitor wastage and improve material utilization.
• Ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
• Continuous Improvement/Identify opportunities for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Participate in new product trials and process validation activities.
• Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Production Supervisor 3–5 years of experience in aerosol, lubricants, paints, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing.
• Required Skills Knowledge of aerosol filling and packaging processes.
• Understanding of industrial lubricants, greases, and specialty chemical products.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO systems, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Production planning and inventory management.
• MS Office and ERP knowledge preferred.
