URGENT HIRING : QA/QC Executive (READ JOB DESCRIPTION) IMMEDIATE JOINING

📍 Location: 201-204, Kabir Estate, Opp. Fortune Industrial Park, Nr. Nana Chiloda, GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad

💰 Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

📝 Employment Type: Full-Time (2-Year Agreement)

Key Responsibilities; Operate, calibrate, qualify, and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and IR instruments.

• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods (HPLC/GC) in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and review SOPs, method development reports, and validation protocols.
• Participate in internal audits and provide support during regulatory inspections.
• Maintain instrument inventory, calibration, preventive maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination for reagents/consumables.
• Ensure accurate documentation in LIMS/ECMS and maintain complete audit trails.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation:

• M.Sc. / M.Pharm OR B.Sc. / B.Pharm (with minimum 2 years of relevant experience).
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in:

1. HPLC – method development, validation, troubleshooting, QA review.
2. GC – sample preparation, calibration, FID/TCD detectors.
3. Dissolution testing – apparatus setup, media prep, profile study, sampling.
4. IR Spectroscopy (FT-IR) – data interpretation & reporting.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH, USP, FDA, WHO, etc.).
• Proficiency in technical writing, documentation, and compliance systems.
• Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to handle audits.
