Job Description

Quality Engineer (QA/QC) – Oil & Gas Industry


- Responsible for ensuring product quality compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, and customer specifications throughout manufacturing and inspection processes.

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including dimensional checks, hydrostatic testing, and documentation review.

- Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, NCRs, and quality-related documentation as per ISO 9001 requirements.

- Coordinate with production, suppliers, customers, and third-party inspection agencies to ensure quality standards are met.

- Analyze quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
