 Site Location: Dholera & Dhandhuka, Gujarat

💰 Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 per month (Based on Experience)

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

🎓 Experience: 2 Years Preferred

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our residential plotting and site development projects in Dholera and Dhandhuka. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction work, landscaping/gardening, internal roads, boundary wall development, site office maintenance, and overall up keep of the project site.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Supervise construction and development activities at the project site.

* Monitor work related to boundary walls, internal roads, drainage, and infrastructure.

* Oversee gardening and landscaping work.

* Ensure proper maintenance and up keep of the residential plotting scheme.

* Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and management.

* Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

* Ensure quality standards and timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Monitor material usage and site inventory.

* Ensure safety and cleanliness at the project site.

* Report project updates and issues to senior management.

Requirements

* Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

* Experience in plotting projects, construction supervision, or site management.

* Basic knowledge of civil construction and landscaping activities.

* Good communication and team coordination skills.

* Ability to handle labor and contractor management.

* Must be willing to work at Dholera and Dhandhuka project locations.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an added advantage.
