Shelter4U Global Realty is hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive for field operations. The role involves meeting clients, showcasing properties, generating leads, and closing sales for residential and commercial projects.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Handle B2B & B2C real estate sales.
✨ Conduct property showings, site visits, and client meetings.
✨ Generate leads through field activities, referrals & networking.
✨ Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
✨ Manage residential, commercial, resale, plot & luxury property sales.
✨ Provide guidance to buyers for property selection and documentation.
✨ Maintain and update client databases.
✨ Handle negotiations and assist clients till deal closure.
✨ Coordinate with builders, brokers, and finance partners.
✨ Meet monthly & quarterly sales targets.
✨ Ensure great customer service and post-sale support.
