The role involves direct customer interaction, sales of financial products, and building long-term client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Acquire new customers for savings accounts, credit cards, and insurance products
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and referrals
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products (training can be provided)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
