Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Captain to oversee daily operations in our café and hotel dining area. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff efficiently, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the café/restaurant
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest queries or complaints
  • Train and guide waiters and support staff
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
  • Take orders and assist in service when required
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management for timely service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in café, restaurant, or hotel
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage service
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Team management
  • Customer handling
  • Basic computer/POS knowledge
