Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. They ensure the store runs efficiently, meets sales targets, and maintains high standards of visual merchandising and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Lead, train, and supervise store staff

Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance

Handle cash management, billing, and store finances

Implement company policies and procedures

Ensure safety and security of store assets

Qualifications :
