Job Description

- Designation: Supervisor

- Client: USL

- Location: Jodhpur

- Type: Field Job


Job Description:


- Preference for candidates from the liquor industry.

- Must be a local resident of Jodhpur with extensive knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.

- Manage a team of Visual Merchandisers.

- Oversee the proper utilization of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and maintain accurate reporting.

- Ensure the team executes evening promotions and spot selling.

- Monitor and report competitor activities.

- Manage daily activity reporting to stakeholders and Randstad.

- Handle gift distribution to outlets as directed by the sales team.


Requirements:


- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Must have knowledge of Visual Merchandising.

- Must own a vehicle for travel.

- Must have an Android smartphone.


Compensation:


- Net Take Home (NTH): Approximately ₹21,500/-

- Petrol Allowance: ₹150/- per working day.

- Mobile Expenses: ₹300/- per month.
