Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive/Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience required: 2 to 8 Years in (Capital Equipment / Industrial Product)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical, Diploma In Electrical or Mechanical

Salary Range: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 70,000 (Take home)

Position: 5 (Male candidates only)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for industrial machinery, Capital equipment, and packaging machines to achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field sales visits, market research, and networking events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
