Position Title: Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
Department: Strategy & Growth
Role Purpose
The Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital revenue growth across all online channels including Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra, website, quick commerce, social commerce, and future international marketplaces.
The role will own customer acquisition, digital sales growth, marketplace management, campaign performance, website conversion optimization, analytics, customer retention, and digital profitability.
The objective is to transform Wudly into a leading omnichannel toy and learning products brand with scalable digital revenue engines.

Manage complete marketplace business operations.
Own Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry and future marketplace performance.
Optimize product listings and catalog management.
Manage pricing and discount governance.
Improve Buy Box performance.
Monitor product rankings and visibility.
Manage marketplace promotions and events.
Website Revenue Growth
Drive D2C website sales.
Improve website conversion rates.
Optimize customer journeys.
Implement upselling and cross-selling mechanisms.
Manage landing pages and promotional campaigns.
