About the Role

Genius Bridge Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth by promoting the company's services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
