Our expert range covers the entire spectrum of CCTV, Access Control, Fire System, PABX, IBMS.
Job Role
- Handle sales inquiries and manage email communication efficiently.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations as per customer and project requirements
- Coordinate closely with sales teams for order processing and payment follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and PMC teams
- Track leads, follow-ups, and ensure smooth sales coordination from inquiry to order
- Identify prospective clients and support business development activities
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5 Years in Sales Coordination / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales
- Education: Diploma / Degree (Technical background preferred)
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Email, Documentation)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong business communication & client engagement
- Convincing approach with problem-solving ability
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
