Job Description
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and facilities.
- Monitor office maintenance and utility requirements.
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Manage office stationery, housekeeping materials, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchases, and deliveries.
- Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, agreements, contracts, and company documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
- Support compliance-related documentation and audits.
Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility-related services.
- Ensure timely resolution of administrative issues.
HR & Operations Support
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and staff records.
- Coordinate with site teams for operational requirements.
- Support recruitment scheduling and employee communication.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS.
- Maintain databases and records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Submit periodic reports to management.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation as required.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and training programs.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of documentation, vendor management, and office administration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience
