Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new wholesale customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers.
- Present products and pricing to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
- Customer Relationship ManagementHandle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Order & Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate customer requirements.
- Track order status and ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Market ResearchMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
