Job Title: In-House Sales Executive (Tele calling)

Location: A-834 Money Plant High Street, Nr. BSNL Office Jagatpur Road Ahmedabad 382470

Gender: Female Required

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads generated from platforms like Instagram and Facebook 

• Call assigned leads and convert them into sales orders 

• Regular follow-up with interested customers to close deals 

• Update and manage all lead data in CRM system (call status, follow-ups, order details) 

• Ensure every lead is properly tracked and no lead is missed 

• Maintain daily reporting of calls, conversions, and pending leads in CRM 

• Coordinate with internal production team for smooth order processing

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati/Basic English) 

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling 

• Comfortable with tele calling and follow-ups 

• Basic knowledge of CRM software / computer handling 

• Prior experience in sales/tele calling is a plus
