Job Description
Leasing Executive – Residential Properties | West Ahmedabad
📍 Location: West Ahmedabad (Bopal, South Bopal, Ambli, Shilaj, Ghuma)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month Fixed + Incentives 🎓
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate 📅 Experience: Minimum 1 Year | Freshers will NOT be considered
What Will You Do?
✅ Find tenants for residential flats and apartments in West Ahmedabad
✅ Collect property listings from landlords and owners
✅ Take clients for site visits and help them finalize rentals
✅ Handle rent agreements and basic documentation
✅ Stay updated on rental rates and available properties in your area
✅ Maintain daily activity records and follow up with leads regularly
Who Can Apply?
👉 Minimum 1 year of experience in property rentals, real estate sales, or a broker office 👉 Must have knowledge of West Ahmedabad market — Bopal, South Bopal, Ambli, Shilaj, Ghuma, Sarkhej areas 👉 Candidates who have worked with a real estate broker will be given preference 👉 Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence 👉 Good communication in Gujarati and Hindi 👉 Basic mobile and WhatsApp skills required 👉 ⚠️ Freshers please do not apply
