🚀 Hiring: Senior Sales Manager (Real Estate)


📍 Location: Ahmedabad

🎓 Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

💼 Experience: 2.5+ years in Real Estate Sales


We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive conversions, and achieve business targets.

• Lead and mentor the Sales Managers team to achieve targets

• Assign and track company-generated leads

• Ensure strong follow-ups and high conversion

• Monitor calls, site visits, and bookings

• Support in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures

• Maintain CRM updates and reports

• Train, guide, and motivate team members
