Job Description

  • Handle daily billing and invoicing using POS system
  • Accept payments via cash, UPI, card, and other digital modes
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain proper records
  • Manage opening and closing cash balance
  • Issue receipts and maintain transaction reports
  • Assist customers with billing queries in a polite manner
  • Coordinate with kitchen/sales team for order updates
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline at billing counter
  • Detect and report any discrepancies in cash or system
