Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated work-from-home telecaller to handle interested leads for Karuna India, a donation-based crowdfunding platform. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining the campaign creation process, guiding users for registration/KYC, resolving trust and payment-related doubts, and helping eligible users complete the suggested donation process.

Responsibilities:

Call interested leads, send WhatsApp follow-ups, explain platform process, guide users for registration and KYC, maintain daily follow-up records, and convert genuine users into active campaigners.

Requirements:

Good Hindi communication, smartphone and internet connection, basic digital knowledge, and experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, NGO fundraising, loan/insurance, or customer support.

Compensation:

Performance-based incentives. Payment will be provided for valid registration, KYC completion, first donation conversion, and full suggested donation completion.
