Job Description
1. Company Overview
The company operates in the fashion eyewear industry with a mission to provide stylish, quality-focused, and affordable eyewear products to modern Indian consumers. Spaysic is currently expanding its retail presence across Gujarat through partnerships with optical stores, lifestyle retailers, and independent eyewear outlets. The organization focuses on building long-term retailer relationships, strengthening distribution capabilities, and establishing a recognizable consumer brand across multiple markets while maintaining high service standards and operational discipline.
2. Position Details
This is a full-time field sales position based primarily in Ahmedabad and surrounding territories. The role requires regular travel, retailer interaction, territory management, and order generation activities. The selected candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for executing company sales strategies, maintaining retailer relationships, and supporting overall distribution expansion objectives within assigned geographical regions.
3. Role Overview
The Sales Executive serves as the primary representative of Spaysic in the marketplace. The role combines retailer acquisition, account management, sales conversion, and market intelligence responsibilities. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, develop strong retailer partnerships, present product offerings, negotiate commercial arrangements, and ensure consistent order flow. The position is highly performance-oriented and requires discipline, resilience, communication skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.
4. Responsibility
Retailer Acquisition involves identifying and approaching potential retail partners, presenting the company portfolio, understanding retailer requirements, and converting prospects into active customers who generate recurring business opportunities.
Territory Development requires systematic coverage of assigned markets, identification of underserved areas,s and expansion of the retailer network to strengthen market penetration and distribution reach.
Revenue Generation focuses on achieving monthly sales targets through product presentations, order conversion activities, retailer engagement, and effective sales planning throughout the assigned territory.
Relationship Management involves building trust with retailers, resolving concerns, providing product information, and ensuring long-term partnerships that contribute to repeat orders and sustainable growth.
Market Intelligence includes monitoring competitor activity, pricing trends, retailer preferences, and emerging opportunities that can support better strategic decisions and product positioning.
CRM & Reporting compliance requires accurate maintenance of visit records, retailer information, sales activity reports,s and market feedback to support performance tracking and decision making.
5. Key Performance Indicators
Performance will be measured through retailer acquisition, revenue achievement, conversion rates, average order value, active retailer retention, territory coverage,ge and reporting compliance. Each metric is reviewed monthly to assess contribution, productivity, and alignment with business growth objectives.
6. Standard Operating Expectations
Employees are expected to plan daily routes, conduct structured retailer visits, maintain professional conduct, update CRM records, submit reports on time, and follow approved sales processes. Consistent adherence ensures operational efficiency, accountability, and improved sales effectiveness.
7. Compensation & Incentives
The position offers a competitive fixed salary together with performance-linked incentives designed to reward achievement and growth. Additional earnings may be generated through retailer onboarding bonuses, target achievement incentives, quarterly performance rewards, and exceptional contribution awards. Compensation reviews may be conducted periodically based on business requirements, performance outcomes, capability development, and overall contribution to company objectives.
