Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Vatva, Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility of this role is field sales of industrial products, including industrial gearboxes, electric motors, and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit industrial clients, factories, manufacturing units, and dealers to promote company products.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation.
• Sell industrial gearboxes, motors, and related machinery products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• RequirementsExperience in field sales or industrial product sales is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial gearboxes, motors, or machinery will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• A valid driving licence and a two-wheeler are preferred for field visits.
