Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, ERP-based finance processes, and regulatory reporting for an IRDAI-regulated insurance broking company.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audits, ERP systems, and financial controls. Experience in the insurance, insurance broking, or BFSI sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and book closure.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle premium reconciliation, insurer receivables, payables, and brokerage accounting.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI financial reporting requirements.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Maintain accurate ERP finance records and reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Experience in GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP-based accounting systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
