Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Manager of Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market share growth for LT/HT power cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, and house wires. This role requires managing the complete marketing mix—from digital and branding to dealer management and project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop annual marketing plans aligned with revenue targets, focusing on Distributor & Dealer network, infrastructure, EPC, renewable energy, and industrial segments.

• Channel Partner/Dealer Management: Develop and manage all India distributor & dealer networks, execute loyalty programs, and implement incentive structures to boost sales in the retail (wire) segment.

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Generate and nurture leads through B2B channels, identifying new opportunities in emerging sectors.

• Key Account & Project Marketing: Manage relationships with key consultants, EPC contractors, and government tenders (e.g., UPPCL, railways). Drive product approvals in major projects.

• Brand Building & Digital Marketing: Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals (catalogues, datasheets) and drive digital campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, Social Media) to increase brand visibility.

• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and market trends in India, providing actionable feedback to the product/manufacturing team.

• Product Launch & Strategy: Lead the launch of new products and determine suitable market entry strategies.

• Team Leadership: Develop marketing and sales support team across India, fostering a high-performance culture.
