Job Description

Lakshay India is seeking an experienced and result-oriented SRM to lead the expansion of our career counselling company and its franchise network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, franchise management. For this we are offering salary of 12 lac p.a along with various perks and facilities as listed below which and you work with flexible work timings and comfort of your home till you become regional director with CTC of 36 lac p.a.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Expansion : Work on our franchise leads to onboard new franchise partners interested in delivering career counselling and educational services.

• Business Development & Sales: Collaborate with franchise partners on local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, boost enrolments, and increase revenue.

• Service Quality & Training: Monitor the performance of franchisees, offering guidance and support to enhance counselling effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Skills We Want:

• Good experience in business development & expanding franchise networks
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to build network.
