Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA

• Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise flooring installation work at project sites.
2. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
4. Ensure timely project execution and adherence to deadlines.
5. Check material quality, usage, and inventory at the site.
6. Prepare daily work progress reports and update management.
7. Ensure safety practices and maintain site discipline.
8. Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

• Required Skills

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
2. Experience in flooring work (tiles, marble, granite, vitrified tiles, etc.) is preferred.
3. Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
4. Ability to read civil drawings and coordinate execution.
5. Good communication and team management skills.
