Job Description – Staff Nurse (Gynecology & Pediatrics)
Position:Staff Nurse
Department:Gynecology & Pediatrics
Location:Bapunagar,Gota,Sabarmati
Experience Required:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Gynecology and Pediatrics department.
- Qualification:GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
- Job Responsibilities:Gynecology Duties:Assist doctors during gynecological procedures and examinations.
- Monitor antenatal and postnatal patients.
- Provide nursing care to pregnant women and post-delivery patients.
- Maintain patient records and treatment charts.
- Educate patients regarding medications, diet, and personal care.
- Pediatrics Duties:Provide nursing care to newborns, infants, and children.
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly.
- Administer medicines and injections as prescribed.
- Assist pediatric doctors during treatment and emergencies.
- Guide parents regarding child care and medications.
- General Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward.
- Follow hospital protocols and infection control policies.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for patient care.
- Handle emergency situations effectively.
- Maintain nursing documentation accurately.
- Skills Required:Good communication and patient handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Teamwork and emergency handling capability
Salary:As per experience and hospital standards.
Working Hours:Rotational Shift / Day & Night Duty
