Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller & Inside Sales Coordinator who can handle lead generation, client communication, and sales support activities. The candidate will play a key role in converting inquiries into business opportunities and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain software products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM / Excel / ERP)
- Coordinate with field sales team for meetings and follow-ups
- Send proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Provide product information and resolve basic client queries
- Support digital lead handling (website, WhatsApp, social media inquiries)
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to convince and handle clients professionally
- Organized and follow-up oriented
