About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team. This is not a cold-calling role—you will be provided with warm, qualified leads every day from customers who have already shown interest in our products.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, building trust, and guiding them toward the most suitable solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads provided by the company each day.
• Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Build rapport and provide a professional, consultative sales experience.
• Answer customer questions and address objections confidently.
• Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English is essential.
• Ability to communicate in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or consultative sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Call Volume

• Approximately 6–10 warm calls per shift, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience rather than making a large number of calls.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed salary.
• Attractive performance-based incentives on every successful sale.
• Unlimited earning potential with no cap on incentives—the more you sell, the more you earn.
