Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Explain products and services, answer customer questions, and provide accurate information.
  • Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or company databases.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
