📝 Job Overview: Hiring Telesales Executives for B2B sales of packaging machinery. Candidate will handle company-provided leads, call clients, and convert inquiries into product orders. / પેકેજિંગ મશીનરી માટે B2B સેલ્સ માટે ટેલીસેલ્સ એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ જોઈએ, કંપની લીડ આપશે અને કોલ કરીને ઓર્ડર કન્વર્ટ કરવાના રહેશે.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on provided leads / આપવામાં આવેલ લીડ પર કોલ અને ફોલોઅપ કરવું

• Convert leads into product orders / લીડને ઓર્ડરમાં કન્વર્ટ કરવું

• Promote packaging machinery products / પ્રોડક્ટનું પ્રમોશન કરવું

• Handle B2B client communication / B2B ક્લાઈન્ટ સાથે વાતચીત કરવી

• Maintain sales records and follow-ups / સેલ્સ રેકોર્ડ અને ફોલોઅપ જાળવવું

• Achieve daily and monthly targets / દૈનિક અને માસિક ટારગેટ હાંસલ કરવું

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ઓછામાં ઓછું 12 પાસ

• Freshers can apply (6 Months telesales experience preferred) / ફ્રેશર્સ અરજી કરી શકે (6 મહિના અનુભવ હોય તો વધુ સારું)

• Both Male & Female candidates can apply / પુરુષ અને મહિલા બંને અરજી કરી શકે

• Basic English communication required / બેઝિક અંગ્રેજી આવડવું જરૂરી

• Strong convincing and sales skills / સારો કન્વિન્સિંગ અને સેલ્સ સ્કિલ્સ જરૂરી
