Job Description
🔹 Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (US Process)
🔹 Work Days: 5 Days Working (Sat-Sun) Off
🔹 Shift Timing: Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
🔹 Location: On-site : Visnagar, Gujarat
🔹 Process: US Sales Process
🔹 Salary: Attractive Fixed Pay + Lucrative Incentives
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Engage with potential US-based clients/customers via phone calls and emails.
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services effectively.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and ensure consistent pipeline development.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sales transition.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Prior experience in US/International sales or voice process is preferred.
Comfortable with night shifts and limited working days.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Tech-savvy and quick learner with CRM or sales tools.
