Job Description

Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on networking leads, and aggressively convert them into confirmed bookings. 

Consultation & Itinerary Planning: Assess client preferences and budget to recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.

Booking & Coordination: Process flights, hotels, and tours via GDS or online booking platforms; handle ticketing and coordinate with suppliers.

Documentation & Compliance: Guide clients on essential travel paperwork, such as passport validity, visa processes, and travel insurance. 

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established monthly and annual sales quotas and KPIs.

Customer Support: Address any client issues, booking modifications, cancellations, or complaints professionally before, during, and after the trip.
