Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Present and explain SaaS products and services to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team.
Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS Sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales conversion.
Ability to understand technology-based products and services.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
