Telesales Executive

DIGIGO E-SOFT Water Softener is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and be comfortable working with accounting software.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Female Telesales Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential customers via phone, deliver tailored product information, and generate sales leads.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Regular duties also include meeting sales targets, participating in training sessions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle inbound and outbound sales calls effectively

·       Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs

·       Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly in CRM

·       Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

·       Provide product information and pricing details clearly

·       Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

·       Pitch company products/services effectively.

·       Familiarity with water treatment solutions or a related industry is a plus

·       High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous
