Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a "people person" with a knack for persuasion and a passion for hitting targets. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals over the phone, all while providing a top-tier customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Outreach: Initiate cold calls to potential customers to present our products/services and explain their value.
- Lead Management: Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
- Relationship Building: Identify customer needs, answer questions, and build rapport to establish long-term trust.
- Sales Closing: Handle objections professionally and use persuasive techniques to close sales or schedule appointments for the field team.
- Data Integrity: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all calls and sales results in our CRM.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and stay motivated throughout the day.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and basic office tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a BSc/BA is a plus.
- Language: Fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Gujarati] is required.
- Preferred SkillsStrong negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
