Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Telecaller who can effectively communicate with potential clients, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills and a proven track record in telesales or telecalling.
🎯 Key Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound & inbound calls professionally
- Explain company services (loan / financial products) clearly to customers
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain proper records of calls and client data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets consistently
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / customer handling
- Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + basic English required)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Target-oriented mindset with a sales-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
