We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Telecaller who can effectively communicate with potential clients, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills and a proven track record in telesales or telecalling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

• Handle outbound & inbound calls professionally
• Explain company services (loan / financial products) clearly to customers
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly
• Maintain proper records of calls and client data
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets consistently
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / customer handling
• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + basic English required)
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Target-oriented mindset with a sales-driven attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
