Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products and services, answer customer questions, and provide accurate information.
- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or company databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
