Job Roles & Responsibilities -

• Finding a new local vendor & Suppliers as per required.
• Identifying potential vendors that align with the organizational objectives
• Manage and identify new suppliers to meet target costs, product specifications and on-time Delivery.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on agreed KPIs, ensuring product quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency.
• Vendor development: Create and implement strategies for vendor development
• Vendor selection: Identify and qualify potential vendors
• Vendor relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Vendor performance: Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Vendor compliance: Ensure that vendors comply with purchasing policies and standards
• Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors
• Supply chain management: Work with other departments to ensure the supply chain is efficient and effective
• Auditing: Conduct vendor audits
• Onboarding: Develop and implement vendor onboarding programs
